Hi, I'm Tat
Registered Massage Therapist · Practicing since 2011 · Edmonton, AB
I've spent over 15 years fascinated by how bodies adapt, compensate, and heal - and I still find it endlessly interesting. My favourite part of the work is helping people untangle persistent pain patterns and reconnect with a body that feels capable and comfortable again.

"Every body tells a unique story, and I love helping clients better understand theirs so they can move through life with greater ease and confidence."
How I work
I have a deep curiosity about the body and a tendency to follow it wherever it leads - anatomy, movement research, the latest thinking on pain and fascia. I bring that same attention to every session.
That means I'm not applying a formula. I'm paying attention to how your body moves and holds itself, listening to what you tell me and what I can feel, and adapting as I go. Whether you're dealing with something that's been bothering you for years or tension that's built up over a hard month, I want to understand the whole picture - not just where it hurts.
I also believe understanding your own body is part of healing. I'll always take time to explain what I'm finding and give you tools to work with between sessions.

Outside the Studio
Outside the treatment room, you’ll usually find me immersed in nature - whitewater canoeing, camping, hiking, foraging, gardening, or simply exploring the outdoors. I’m also an avid learner with a tendency to disappear down fascinating rabbit holes, whether that’s herbalism, personal growth, or whatever else has captured my curiosity this week. I bring that same curiosity and attention to my work. Every body tells a unique story, and I love helping clients better understand theirs so they can move through life with greater ease and confidence.
